I have made an reservation but I did not receive a conformation mail in my mailbox

  • Have a look in your spamfolder first. Sometimes our mail will end up in this folder. If this is not the case you can contact us via mail or telephone.

I have a food intolerance, can I still eat at the dinner and breakfast buffet?

  • Yes of course! Nevertheless, you have to let us know 7 days before arrival at latest so we can let our chefs know.

What time can I check in/ Check out?

  • You can check in from 15:00 PM and you can check out until 12:00 AM on the day you are leaving.
